                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
                 AT THE LOOKOUT VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK, MORE
                 PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO,
                 AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
                 APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES TO DENNIS ROACH FOR
                 FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) PER ACRE AND
                 APPROXIMATELY NINE ACRES TO BOB HELLERSTEDT FOR
                 ONE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,400.00)
                 PER ACRE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located at the
       Lookout Valley Industrial Park, more particularly shown on the 
map
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and is
       hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby
       authorized the sale of approximately four acres of said surplus
       property to Dennis Roach for $5,000.00 per acre and approximately 

       nine acres of said surplus property to Bob Hellerstedt for
       $1,400.00 per acre.
